Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized Sp5der shirts
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Products damaged by misuse, washing, or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Underwear and intimate apparel (where applicable)
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for size and color changes on Sp5der shirts and tees:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
- Original item must be in new, unworn condition
- Exchange items subject to availability
- We'll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error
- Customer covers return shipping for size/preference changes
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged Sp5der shirt, please contact us immediately at support@sp5dershirt.org. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Items must be declared at original purchase value
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- We recommend using tracked shipping services
